The UCD Staff Golf Society was founded in 1993 and is open to all those working in any of the University campuses. It also welcomes retired staff. It currently comprises of golfers from all walks of college life and all levels of golf. A calendar of events is organised each year from March to November inclusive.
Our captain for 2023 is Vivian Harrington who will be assisted by Vice Captain Alfie Redmond and the rest of the committee. We will start the year with our outing to Rathsallagh Golf & Country Club in March.
Outings are organised on a monthly basis and members are informed by monthly newsletter when they need to apply for a tee time for the particular outing.
The society is open for new members. For an entry fee of €40 euro you can enjoy up to 10 outings each year on great courses at reduced rates, in a friendly atmosphere and with lots of great prizes.
If you don’t have a GUI handicap the club will provide a society handicap.
