The Culture and Engagement unit has been established within UCD Human Resources to promote the employee culture and engagement agenda across the university.
The objective is to facilitate an environment where people in UCD can reach their potential, achievement of which will be recognised by the university being recognised as a great place to work.
Central to this objective is a range of engagement activities in which health and wellbeing is a pivotal pillar. Healthy UCD is central in coordinating the delivery of this pillar to employees, students and the wider community. Healthy UCD works closely with UCD HR Culture and Engagement on many initatives including step challenges, physical activity programmes for staff and seminars on a variety of health topics.
