Exercise Snacking

Exercise snacking is a concept which encourages incorporating short bursts of activity throughout the day. This approach helps to alleviate the pressure that exercise must take hours, making it more accessible for everyone.

We have put together two short videos of a morning and afternoon "snack" that you can incorporate into your day, even at your desk! The videos use exercise bands but you can just do body weight if you don't have any.
