Exercise Snacking
This group aims to raise awareness about the concept of "exercise snacking," which encourages incorporating short bursts of activity throughout the day. This approach helps to alleviate the pressure that exercise must take hours, making it more accessible for everyone. During HEAL Week, their presence will be around campus and bus stops, performing exercise movements, providing QR codes for demonstrations of these movements, and promoting their healthy breakfast recipes.
They will be situated outside the Sports Centre at 10-12:30 on Monday, and at Belfield bus stop Tuesday (11-3:30) & Thursday (11-4).
