Wellbeing Your Way 2021

'Wellbeing Your Way', a hectic week of activities showcasing the importance of healthy living and finding a way to be happy and healthy 'Your Way' in these uncertain times!

Our aim is to provide the UCD community with advice and information on Healthy UCD's three pillars- Physical Activity, Healthy Eating and Mental Wellbeing, in a way that suits you as an individual!

We will be running numerous events throughout the week and there will be some fantastic prizes up for grabs too! So, stay tuned to Healthy UCD's Instagram and Twitter pages along with our website to see all the exciting things we will be revealing in the coming weeks!
