Apple Mac users should upgrade version of Cisco AnyConnect VPN client

As part of our Staff and Research VPN service upgrade, it is recommended that all MAC OS users of the service upgrade their Cisco AnyConnect VPN client to Cisco Secure Client Version 5.

The new VPN client (Cisco Secure Client) can be downloaded from Software Downloads for MAC in UCD Connect.Before installing the new Secure Client, Cisco AnyConnect Client should be uninstalled.

As part of the client installation you will be presented with the following screen, it is recommended to untick all boxes except AnyConnect VPN
