We provide the following online workflow and survey tools to the UCD community.
SurveyMonkey
SurveyMonkey is an online tool for creating, managing and analysing surveys. It is available for all UCD staff: sign up and log in using UCD Connect. UCD staff accounts use a .eu domain so survey data is hosted in the EU, conforming with GDPR and data privacy best practices.

Booking Centre
Booking Centre is the UCD event management platform in InfoHub. It allows you to set up online booking for your event and allows your attendees to manage their booking. Events set up in Booking Centre can be free to attend or require payment, and can be internal UCD-only events (which are free) or open to external attendees. You can also run reports on your event and manually book attendees if required.
InfoHub Tasks
This is a facility in InfoHub which enables paper-based forms to be replaced by new online forms. The UCD staff member can see in one dashboard all the tasks assigned to them and their team, plus the status of tasks and requests they themselves initiated.

UCD Survey System
Also located in InfoHub, this system allows UCD staff to create student surveys such as for module feedback, providing information to support the module enhancement process. The system is available under the Students tab in InfoHub, and is available to all Module Coordinators and Heads of School.
