Video Assignments (Bongo)

The Video Assignments tool in Brightspace allows you to create individual assignments within your module. The version available in UCD is Bongo Free.

Assignment options include:

• Record video, upload video and add documents.
• Annotations of Video submissions.
• Peer review within the video assignment.

The key feature of this tool is the ability to provide timestamped feedback on the submitted video. 

Other options that may be referenced in Bongo documentation are not available in our version.

The Video Assignments tool is accessed via Module Tools > Video Assignments.  If you create an assignment here you will need to add it into the My Learning area of your module for it to become visible to students. This can be done from the Existing Activities button and selecting Video Assignments. You can also create the assignment from Existing Activities.
