The latest status updates for individual projects are shared with stakeholders outside of IT Services via Project Steering Committees (PSC) and the UMT Digital Campus Group.
Key Dates for Project Status Reporting
Updated Project Status Reports for Headline Projects are required 2 days prior to Services & Projects Group (S&PG) meetings. The same reports are provided to the UMT Digital Campus Group which (when scheduled) usually meets about a week later. The scheduled meetings are:
