More about the Databases
It is envisaged that data from 5 databases will be uploaded to the dbNP
The NuGO dbNP is an open-source application with customisable templates to house any type of biological data, regardless of the complexity of the study design. It also facilitates the sharing of various data within this central data repository.
Data from all 3 JINGO databases: NANS, TUDA and MECHE will be uploaded to the NuGO dbNP. Some data from two other studies; the Framework 6 (FP6) project LIPGENE and that from a new prospective study on Twin adults recruited from University College Dublin termed the “UCD Twin Study” will also be uploaded.
