The Centre for Constitutional Studies is delighted to announce the return on January 19th, 2023 of its annual review of the preceding year in Irish constitutional law. First held in 2011, the event took place remotely in 2020 and 2021 but is returning to an in-person format this year. The event will include an overview of the leading cases of 2022 from Prof. Eoin Carolan SC, as well as contributions on specific cases and topics from leading practitioners and academics.
