Thesis title: Blockchain Justice: Exploring Decentralized Dispute Resolution Across Borders
Abstract
The objective of this research is to explore the ethical and fairness aspects within Blockchain Dispute Resolution (BDR), with an analysis grounded in the principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). This work seeks to investigate how the traditional boundaries of dispute resolution are affected by the introduction of blockchain technology, examining case studies of active BDR providers and decentralised justice models.
