Maximum nonlinear functions

Abstract
There are two notions of how to measure the nonlinearity of functions defined on finite fields. In my talk, I will discuss both approaches, in particular the extremal case of functions which are in some sense as nonlinear as possible.

I will present new results disproving some conjectures and which suggest further research.
