Abstract:
I shall discuss some examples of situations when an algebraic structure on a chain complex produces a much simpler algebraic structure on the homology of that complex than one "should expect". The main example I hope to outline is the case of the de Rham complex of a Poisson manifold. This is a joint work with Sergey Shadrin and Bruno Vallette.
