Dr Gerald Mills and Mr Hugo O’Donnell elected to UCD Governing Authority
Dr Gerald Mills and Mr Hugo O’Donnell have been elected to the Governing Authority of UCD. Dr Mills, a Senior Lecturer in the UCD School of Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy, won the by-election to fill a vacancy in the non-professorial academic staff panel. Mr O’Donnell, Senior Administrator in the UCD Applied Language Centre, won the by-election to fill a vacancy in the non-academic staff panel.
Professor Joe Mannion was the Returning Officer at the counting of votes in the two by-elections on Wednesday, 07 November. The results of the elections were as follows:
