June Conferring of Degrees at UCD

Conferring ceremonies took place at University College Dublin on Monday, 21 June and Wednesday, 23 June 2004.  On Monday, 347 students from the Faculty of Medicine were conferred with degrees including undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Radiography. Also, students were conferred with Bachelor of Science (Sports Management) degrees.

Emma McAleese who was conferred with the Degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with President Mary McAleese, Dr Martin McAleese and UCD President, Dr. Hugh Brady.

On Wednesday 23 June, 568 students were conferred with degrees in the Faculties of Engineering, Architecture and Agriculture.

The conferring ceremonies took place in O'Reilly Hall on the Belfield Campus. Graduates along with family and friends enjoyed a reception after the ceremonies.
