Please fill out the External Analytical Request Form and return it along with your samples and any other relevant information to assist in the analysis or processing of samples.
Internal UCD Clients
UCD clients (UCD campus access only) please fill out the Internal Analytical Request Form and return it to NIMAC in order to book a session.
