Market Assessment and Marketing

This seminar will cover the basics of market research and analysis to enable participants to identify key opportunities in their target market.

The workshop will also provide an understanding of the importance of market intelligence for strategic decision-making and how to validate product concepts with the market before costly implementation. It will provide a brief introduction to the key process areas of product management and implementing product management and processes to maximize your product success.

The workshop will be delivered by Mary Ryan of Product Innovator who has 20 years experience working in the technology industry with ten years experience in Product Management.
