In this master class Professor Thomas Lawton will explore how a value proposition, or the way in which the customer preferentially differentiates your business from competitors, consists of six distinct but interrelated principles. These principles are price, features, quality, support, availability and reputation.
Attendees will learn how to distinguish a company from the competition by uniquely configuring these six systemic elements.
