This exciting new programme offers you all the benefits of a comprehensive management education without putting your career on hold thanks to its highly flexible online delivery mode, and innovative curriculum and materials. It is particularly suited to professionals in demanding careers and those with caring responsibilities for whom time-flexibility is important, as well as for those based outside of Dublin looking to study at UCD.

Part-time postgraduate study can be challenging. In recognition of this, a dedicated Programme Manager is available to support and advise you on all course matters through our email, video-conference, telephone, and drop-in support service to support you on your studies.

You must have a minimum second-class honours degree in a non-business discipline.
In very exceptional circumstances, applications may be accepted from non-degree holders with significant management work experience.

An interview may also form part of the assessment process.

Get a feel for our innovative online learning environment and what it's like to undertake the MSc Management Online by sampling two of our modules.  Prospective students can gain a real insight into the programme by completing the 'Leading Change' topic from our 'Global Leadership & Teams' module and the 'Reward Management' topic from our 'Human Resource Management' module.  These online taster topics are based upon actual topics delivered on the programme and will take you approximately 30 minutes each to complete.
