People & Organisation Change can support you to lead change. As well as targeted Coaching & Advice to help you with your Change Management Strategy, we also offer help with Making the most of your DiSC Style® in leading change, and one-to-one sessions on Managing Resistance. 

You can learn about Change Management Concepts and Methodologies and how best to Communicate for Change via our Training offerings.

A 90 minute Insights Session on Organisational Change is offered as part of the RISE Leadership and People Management Programme and can be attended at any time once you have completed your RISE Core module.
