UCD PPI Symposium

We invite you to UCD for the second UCD PPI Symposium on October 17th 2024. Join us for a mix of speakers and discussion about PPI. 

We currently have an open call for speakers, open to both UCD researchers and PPI contributors.

This free half day event is part of the National PPI Festival.

Training for PPI Contributors

Introductory Training (Online)

We invite people who are working with UCD researchers as PPI contributors to join us for for introductory training. The training takes place every Tuesday at 11am-12pm for 3 weeks in July. Registration is required. This is general PPI training and suitable for those new to PPI. 

The aim of this training is to help people who are not professional researchers understand both PPI and research. The goal is that this will help to build confidence and empower more effective collaborations between people with lived experience and researchers.

Those who cannot attend all three dates are welcome to register and join on those days they can attend. 

Who can attend?

Anyone who is/will be/has collaborated as a PPI contributor with a UCD researcher. 

Who cannot attend?

Researchers or others who are not PPI contributors.
