Is this course right for me?
This course is ideal for professionals who need to start incorporating data analysis into their daily work but do not have the time or desire to learn programming languages such as Python or R. The goal is to introduce the fundamental concepts of data analysis and then show you how to gather and visualise data using some well-known tools. If you are interested in learning about the process of data collection and interpretation - with a practical focus on how data is used and how we can gain valuable insights from it - this course is for you!
Please note: learners must have a computer, broadband connection, and audio capable of running Zoom sessions. The course will require learners to install Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, or have access to the software. Learners must ensure that they have permissions to install software on their computers. Please note that Power BI is only compatible with Windows 10 and 11. It is the learner's responsibility to ensure they have access to a Windows 10+ PC to use Power BI. Mac users who cannot run Windows on their Macs can still complete the assessment without Power BI using Tableau.
