L&D Essentials: Tackling Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in 2025

It’s an important area of focus, but with endless information available, it can be tough for L&D leaders to know where to begin when it comes to implementing an effective diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.

At our recent LEAD Forum event (Leaders in Education & Development), L&D leaders were curious to learn more about DEI and what it meant for them.

With that in mind, we’re inviting L&D professionals to join us for a free webinar with Sofi Musleh, DEI Strategist, to explore top areas you can hone in on in 2025 to make an impact.

In this webinar, Sofi will delve into:

  • Tackling neurodiversity & accessibility in learning

  • The danger of stereotypes when crafting examples to support learning

  • Preparing for future policies and frameworks surrounding DEI, and the importance of cross-departmental collaboration

There will also be time for Sofi to answer your questions during the Q&A.

Date: Tuesday 3rd December 2024

Time: 1pm-2pm

Can’t make the live webinar? Don’t worry. Register anyway and we’ll send the recording straight to your inbox afterwards.
