About the speaker

Ashley  has been an active member of faculty at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School since 2004 where she is Assistant Professor of Management. Her area of expertise is Organisational Behaviour (OB) with a specific interest in leadership development, change management and cultural intelligence.  She currently teaches on the executive and full time MBA programmes, MIM and MSc. Consulting.  In 2020 she was a recipient of the Dean’s award for Outstanding Teaching and she has represented UCD twice at Yale School of Management, Connecticut. 

In addition to her work at UCD, Ashley engages with a wide variety of client organisations across EMEA,  designing bespoke programmes to leverage organisational effectiveness. All her work is underpinned by her enduring belief that effective  interpersonal relations are game changers in the business world.
