UCD Team represents Ireland at Finals of International Case Study Competition

London, England, February 19th 2025 – After intense competition at the National Finals held at Deloitte Headquarters in Dublin, the UCD team—Antoine Roquette, Conor MacCarthy, Oisín Daly, and William Mugan—emerged victorious in the Irish Student Consulting Group Intervarsity Case Competition. Their success at the national level earned them the opportunity to represent Ireland at the prestigious International Case Study Competition.
At the international stage, the team tackled United Nations-assigned challenges related to inequalities in Lebanon, demonstrating analytical rigor, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to global issues.
Competing against some of the world's top universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, HEC Paris, and more, the UCD team showcased exceptional critical thinking and teamwork, applying economic and financial principles to propose impactful solutions addressing inequality in Lebanon.
