The UCD Quinn School Office provides a range of support services to students registered to undergraduate business degree programmes and is the first point of contact for many student queries. The main School Office is located on the ground floor of the Quinn Building – just follow the bright Quinn Student Support signs directing your way.

The Quinn School Team are here to help and support you throughout your studies this year. You can contact any of the team through email, phone or zoom and of course, in person in Q021 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The School Office provides advice and support to students on a range of issues such as:

The main School Office (Q021) opening hours are as follows:

Monday and Friday: Virtual office hours 9.30am - 5.00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: Physical office hours 9.30am - 1pm and 2 - 4pm

Please drop any staff member an email if you want to set up an in-person appointment with them and don’t forget zoom, phone and email options continue to be available to answer your queries.

As the School Office Director, I am responsible for the operation of administrative and governance functions across the suite of undergraduate business programmes. I am located in Q125 in the Quinn School and my door is always open to students and staff!

Managing the day-to-day operations of the BComm (International) and BSc Business degrees, I am the first point of contact for all students on these programmes. I manage the School’s Study Abroad programme for international Students. I help students with all aspects of their Study Abroad programme, from admissions to accommodation and orientation, and provide on-going in-semester support. I also manage the relationship between the School and our North American partners.

My role involves managing the School’s Student Exchange Partnerships with a wide range of Universities worldwide. I work with Programme Managers and Programme Academic Directors to develop and manage exchange opportunities for our students to study abroad as part of their Degree. As part of my role, I also look after the students from our Partner Universities who come to study in UCD. I am always happy to help students with all aspects of their study abroad experience.

This includes identifying and securing internship opportunities for both our undergraduate students and study abroad students, liaising with employers and academics and monitoring student progression while on internship. My role relates to projects involving and enabling employer engagement in order to ehance the student experience. I am involved in managing the bespoke Quinn Business Mentoring Programme for all Stage 2 undergraduates students. I am also responsible for providing internship opportunities for the Summer Internship Programme.

I am the Student Adviser for Undergraduate Business students. I offer students time and space to explore issues of concern to them. I can assist students in finding pathways to deal with personal, social and emotional issues, and can advise of and support students through the appropriate UCD policies, procedures and services for their circumstances. I also works closely with academic and administrative staff to help students make the most of their UCD experience.
