Biography
Catherine is a full-time PhD student who joined the department of Management in September 2013. She holds a MSc. in Management and Organisational Studies from UCD Smurfit and a BSc. in Business Studies with Human Resources from University of Ulster. Catherine comes from a family business background, and has extensive experience of the retail industry particularly within Human Resources.

Transitions into and out of the family firm, levels of involvement and what happens after. Career decision processes of family members and the consequences on the family firm.
