Biography
Dermot Reidy is a part time M Phil student and hopes to graduate in 2015. He graduated in 2007 with a M.Sc in Construction Project Management from WIT (www.wit.ie). His primary area of activity is in the Construction industry and he has specialised in the internationalisation of the industry in the UK and in Ireland. Dermot worked for 9 years with UKTI (www.ukti.gov.uk) and now works as an internationalisation specialist, with the construction Services industry, with the Irish government’s agency, Enterprise Ireland.

Research Interests: The utilisation and application of Strategy, by Irish construction Services companies, as a result of and during the current downturn (circa. 2007 to 2012).
Thesis Title (MPhil): Strategy, its use, and the survival of the Irish Construction Services industry during the period 2007 - 2011 (and beyond).
