Biography
Nicola studied law and marketing at University College Dublin and completed a Masters in Business Studies (Strategic Management and Planning) in Smurfit School of Business UCD in 2002. She has worked for start-ups and multinationals in marketing and strategic advisory roles in sectors such as retail, professional services, the arts and education. She ran a high technology business incubation centre for four years during which time she advised over 40 high technology start-ups and lectured ICT undergraduates in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She is currently Director of Connected Health at University College Dublin and is particularly interested in market choices, drivers and networks in the emerging Connected Health sector.
