Grading Support

The Grading Support team in Assessment, UCD Registry, provides a range of services to staff and students related to the grading of assessments. These services include:

  • Grade Entry Support and Processing: The team trains and supports staff in entering grades into the University's student record system. 
  • Results Processing: The team is responsible for processing examination and assessment results, including calculating grades and GPAs and issuing results to students.
  • Academic History Record Management:  The team maintains accurate records of students' academic progress, including their grades, credits earned, and any academic awards they have received.
  • Data and Query Management:  The team manages and reports on data related to assessment and grading and responds to staff and students' queries about assessment results and procedures.
  • Assessment Policy Support: The team provides guidance to staff and students on grading-related regulations and policies.
