The clinical bioinformatics lab at UCD shares its methods through the Bioware open web server, one of the leading sources of computational analysis of peptides and protein motifs. 

Cancer GD

Based in UCD School of Computer Science and the Conway Institute, Cancer GD: Open innovation for the prediction of genetic vulnerabilities in cancer is openly available for use as a resource in the search for novel therapeutic treatments.
