What is a World Café?
A World Café is a way to share knowledge and views through conversation on specific topics. Our events adapted materials made available from The Wellcome Trust World Cafés on Research Culture to engage with people who work in research at UCD through research institutes, colleges, networks, and other groups.
2024 World Café Events in UCD
The purpose of these events is to validate key findings from the 2023 Research Culture Survey through detailed discussion led by our Research Culture team. The intention is to facilitate further input, engagement and ownership of the process from the UCD Research Community. The events included participants from across the Colleges, from the Research Institutes, and from all roles and career stages at UCD.
