Research objectives
The objective of this research is to contribute to filling the existing knowledge gap and to advance the understanding of the situation in all Member States for each of the six services listed in Principle 20 of the European Pillar of Social Rights (EPSR) – water, sanitation, energy, transport, financial services and digital communications.
Expected outputs and impact
Its findings will inform the first EU Report on Access to Essential Services, whose publication was announced for 2022 in the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan
