Spectators and supporters braved the rain over the weekend to witness UCD and Trinity take to the River Liffey once again for the annual Colours Boat Race.
Despite a fantastic effort, the UCD Ladies and Men's Novice teams lost out to Trinity in the Sally Moorhead Trophy and the Dan Quinn Shield.
However, the Ladies Senior Crew outpaced Trinity in a thrilling race to claim the Corcoran Cup for the fourth year in a row, while the Men's Senior team also brought home the Gannon Cup for the fourth time in a row after a phenomenal performance that saw Trinity up to five paces behind the UCD crew.
