Early check-in is subject to availability. If your room is ready before 15:00, we will be happy to accommodate you; however, this cannot be guaranteed in advance.
If your room is not ready:
- Luggage storage may be available (subject to capacity).
- Guests are welcome to relax in UCD Village seating areas or nearby cafés and restaurants.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be requested in advance and approved by UCD Accommodation ((opens in a new window)stay@ucd.ie). A minimum fee of €50 may apply if a guest remains in the room after 11:00 AM.
Yes. Our reception desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so late arrivals on the day of arrival are not an issue.
Early-morning check-in is very unlikely, as rooms are generally not available before 15:00.
If early access is essential, we recommend booking the night prior to your arrival.
