Suzanne Shorten has been hosting the Summer At UCD Study Abroad Programme for over a decade. She is a specialist in the academic hospitality sector and has overseen our summer housing with tremendous success, hosting Study Abroad groups from the U.S.A, Europe, and Asia, as well as countless internship housing programmes.

She is very much a hands-on Programme Director and prides herself on welcoming each and every visitor personally, making sure that they settle in as quickly as possible and make the most of what a summer residence in Dublin can offer them.

Suzanne and her Summer Team provide each group with a personalised tour of the campus to ensure that students receive the famous cead mílle fáilte (hundred thousand welcomes) for which we Irish are famous.

She is the first point of contact for all overseas Study Abroad and Internship With Houising organisers, and liaises with them before, during and after their stay in Dublin.
