The summer school is a 5-day event where students and lectures will work intensely on “real-life” sustainability issues in which people’s behaviour forms a major challenge. On Monday morning, practioners in the field will introduce a challenge they face in their organisation. students over the course of a week will work on a research proposal relating to it. They will review the literature, discuss theories and methodologies under the supervision of two experts in the field. On the last day, all groups will present their work in a plenary session open to all participants.
Afterwards, a reception will be organised to provide an opportunity to discuss the outcomes of the research work in a more informally environment.
Also during the week, all lectures will give a key note presentation, in order to give the students a good overview of the field.
