Can geoscience help save humankind? Just one of the keynote questions at a day-long event in UCD's O’Reilly Hall this Thursday, February 13th, marking the tenth anniversary of iCRAG Research Ireland Centre for Applied Geosciences.
iCRAG@10: Evolving for a Changing Worldis a showcase conference that will reflect on the impact of the Centre’s research over the past decade and explore opportunities for future applied research topics to shape a sustainable society.

Keynote speakers are Prof. Chris Jackson, technical director of Subsurface Storage for global engineering company WSP and visiting professor at Imperial College London, and Prof. Kikki Kleiven of University of Bergen, director of the Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research.
