Organic chemistry app wins NovaUCD 'One to Watch' prize

This is the inspiration behind Orgo, a mobile app that offers a gamified learning experience with bite sized lectures and revision questions to support students learning this challenging subject.

Orgo founder is Zackary Musumeci, currently a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology undergraduate student in University College Dublin's College of Science.

Another UCD Sustainability ‘Future Leader’, he won the One to Watch Prize, and a cheque for €3000, at the 2024 NovaUCD Student Enterprise Competition. Orgo aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 3 (health and wellbeing) and 4 (quality education).
