An unnumbered loose sheet of MS then (1912) in the Franciscan Library, Merchants’ Quay, Dublin. This leaf “has been mislaid, and a search among unsorted manuscripts in the library failed to locate it” (see Catalogue of Irish Manuscripts in the Franciscan Library Killiney, Dillon, Mooney & De Brún eds., DIAS 1969, p. ix).
