- Pathways to the Professions tackles diversity barriers to early career progression by extending access and inclusion beyond academic success to the workplace.
- The Project seeks to gather and showcase best practice insights from organisations who have a commitment to inclusion and are leading change in their sector.
- To that end the project team have co-developed a workshop series with Lisa-Nicole Dunne, MD of Mantra Strategy, a purpose led strategy and leadership consulting firm and an expert in the field of implementing inclusive practices in organisations.
- The workshops provide an opportunity for members of staff across all functions, teams and levels in an organisation to share their insights and experience of inclusive practice, explore strategies and develop an action plan for continuing to foster and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- The learning from this project strand will be included in the project toolkit and will be developed into an accreditation for professions for inclusive workplaces.
