Young Alumni Ambassadors Group
Following discussions with current students and recent graduates, the UCD School of Veterinary Medicine is setting up a Young Alumni Ambassadors Group (YAAG) to foster interaction and communication between the School and its recent graduates. We know that our alumni lead busy lives but we are delighted that so many of our recent graduates have expressed an interest in getting involved in this initiative.
The YAAG is open to MVB, MVB Graduate Entry and Veterinary Nursing alumni who are up to 5 years post-graduation. The aim of the Group is to promote and support the School’s programmes and activities through outreach and engagement with recent graduates and the wider UCD Veterinary Community, including current and prospective students. It’s hoped that the YAAG will meet four times a year on Zoom and the School may also ask members to get involved in events or other initiatives that are relevant to the work of the Group.
