Vet School Carol Service

The 40th Annual Vet School Carol Service takes place on Thursday 28 November at 7.30pm in the UCD Astra Hall (UCD Student Centre).  The UCD Veterinary Society (UCD VetSoc) would be delighted if School of Veterinary Medicine alumni could join them to celebrate this special anniversary event and to mark the beginning of the festive season. 

The Vet School Choir, made up of staff and students, will be performing, as will the Vet School Trad Group.  We're also promised some special musical performances from Vet School staff on the night, including a not-to-be-missed performance from Facsology, whose line-up includes current and former Farm Animal and Pathology staff and alumni.  All in all, it promises to be a really special night for the Vet School - we hope to see you there!

M. bovis 2020 Registration & Abstract Submission is Now Open

Abstract submission and registration for M. bovis 2020 has opened. Conference themes include: One Health and zoonotic Tb, immunology and genetics of host resistance, management of Tb in wildlife, social science and economics, national control strategies, diagnostics development and strategies & epidemiological tools and application. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee prior to acceptance. The deadline for abstract submission is 12th January 2020.
