UCD at Vet Ed Symposium 2015

This year, the Veterinary Education Symposium took place in the historic surrounds of Robinson College, Cambridge. The UCD Veterinary School and Hospital were represented at the pre-conference workshop as well as the main Conference proceedings.
Some prevalent themes at this year's Conference were the validation of CSL teaching models, veterinary professionalism and peer assisted learning.
Pre-conference workshop
On Wednesday July 8th, Mark Carty and Karolina Jankowska delivered an interactive workshop on building bridges between the Clinical Skills Lab and the Virtual Learning Environment.

Publication
Máire O'Reilly is co-author of a booklet entitled "A Guide to Veterinary Clinical Skills Laboratories", which was distributed to all conference delegates.
