Catherine Carty - European Specialist in Bovine Health Management

Congratulations to Catherine Carty, Resident in Bovine Health Management, who has just passed the European College of Bovine Health Management Board Exams and is now a European Specialist in Bovine Health Management.

Catherine qualified from UCD in 2011, and after 3 years in mixed practice she returned to UCD in 2014 to undertake a Residency in Bovine Health Management.  Motivated by a passion for herd health and cattle medicine, Catherine has been working in the UCD Veterinary Hospital Farm Animal section and with the Herd Health team for the past three years, focusing on gaining her credentials in order to sit the European board speciality examination.  Catherine has now passed her exams and is qualified as a European Specialist in Bovine Health Management – congratulations to Catherine from all of her colleagues in the UCD School of Veterinary Medicine!
