On Thursday 19th November, UCD Alumni Award Winner in Health and Agricultural Sciences Prof. Delia Grace Randolph (MVB 1990) took part in a panel discussion entitled "Building a Healthy World"
The virtual event saw broadcaster, UCD alumnus and long time friend of the UCD Alumni Awards Pat Kenny talk with UCD Alumni Awardees Professor Delia Grace Randolph and Dr Cormac Kilty (UCD Alumni Award Winner in Science) in conversation on ‘Building a Healthy World’.
The health of all living things on Earth is intimately connected through the biosphere. 'One Health' is an approach to designing and implementing programmes, policies, legislation and research in which multiple sectors communicate and work together to achieve better public health outcomes.
