What we do

The Centre for Democracy Research (CDR) is an interdisciplinary unit based in the School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dublin.
The main purpose of the Centre is to a) foster connections between researchers working on democracy across the university b) enhance the visibility of the work being carried out by democracy scholars at UCD and c) engage the public on current debates that are central to democracy in Ireland, Europe and the wider world.
